The problem we have is that we have a horrible number to work with 265 days (365 decimal).
Now the 2 most important traits to a calendar in my opinion are that:
1) Seasons should be equally distributed
2) Weeks should be reset on each new month

Seasons
Our year has 265;2ᕍᕍ days, and the most logical way to view a year is through the seasons. We should do is cut it up into 4 seasons:
(dozenal math)
265;2ᕍᕍ / 4 = 77;3886 days per season
We can just round that off to 77 days, the remainder will carry over to leap years.
The next thing that comes to mind is the naming of these months. We could do latin 1-4, but that would be boring, having Monomber, Binember, etc. that's boring. What about signifying the season?
Renasci - meaning "to be reborn"
Calidus - meaning "hot"
Messis - meaning "the harvest"
Hiberna - meaning "winter" or "hibernation"
Those are just some ideas, but you are welcome to give me your ideas @ the forums, I will make changes ot this site accordingly. Again, you don't need to sign up, and you can be completely anonymous if you choose.

Months
To achieve a clean month, we need to make sure that when you finish a month, the next month should start on the same day of the week. Visualize this as the month starting on Sunday, then at the end of the month, it's Saturday, the next day should be Sunday again being the first day all over again.
Well, first off, we don't want a 2 or 3 day week, those are too short.
(dozenal math)
5 x 16 = 76
6 x 13 = 76
7 x 11 = 77
8 x Ɛ = 74
9 x ᕍ = 76
10 x 8 = 80
Well, it looks like 7 is the victor here; one season (month) would look like this:

So, if we add up 77x4, we get 264. Then, since we have 1 more day to reach 265, the last day of the year will be 78 days.
To compensate, every other year will instead put 78 on the first month.
With those extra days, it would be frustrating if those knocked days of the week forward or backwards 1 day, so I think making an exclusive 8th day for that week would be very useful. That would look like this:

So now, the entire year looks like this:
(keep in mind, in another year, Spring will have 78 instead of Winter)
